Shipping and Returns

Currently we ship using UPS and FedEx. The flat rate for orders is $8.95. Free Shipping for orders $40 and over. Once your order is placed, it will typically be shipped within 2 business days from our facility. During peak times when we receive a high frequency of orders during a short amount of time, shipping times may increase.

Where We Ship

We currently ship only via UPS to the Contiguous U.S. (lower 48 states) excluding Alaska and Hawaii. We currently cannot ship to P.O. boxes. In the event that an order is placed that we are not able to ship, we will refund the order amount including any shipping charges to the original method of payment used for the order.

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with our coffee or tea, you can return it for a full refund, excluding shipping fees.
