Will I be charged tax when ordering online?

We charge the sales tax as required by law based on the shipping destination of your order.

How do I use online discount codes for special offers?

From time to time Red Diamond offers discounts for online purchases through unique discount codes. You can use your unique discount code during the checkout process of your purchase. The discount will be applied during checkout. If you have any questions or experience issues please contact us or call 1-800-292-4651.

Can I use my Red Diamond Rewards points on my recurring subscription orders?

Unfortunately, points are not accepted on recurring subscription orders at this time.  Please visit our Rewards Program Terms and Conditions page for more information about the program.

Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping is automatic on any order of $40 or more.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal and American Express for purchases made online.

How can I tell that my online order has been submitted?

Once your order is placed, you will see a confirmation screen containing your order number and you will also receive a confirmation email. If you have any questions or experience issues please contact us or call 1-800-292-4651

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Online orders are typically shipped within 2 business days.  After your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Which carrier do you used for shipping?

Your package will be shipped via FedEx Ground Service.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

No - currently we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.

Are Red Diamond products GMO free?

Why do I need to keep my Red Diamond Ready to Drink tea refrigerated?

Red Diamond Ready-to-Drink Tea is fresh-brewed from actual tea leaves, never from concentrate or powders. Our tea contains no preservatives and is not shelf-stable, so it must be refrigerated at all times. Once opened we recommend consuming the product within 5-7 days, and always before the product’s expiration date.

What is the best way to store tea bags?

Store tea bags in the original packaging or in an opaque, air-tight container at room temperature. You should store tea bags away from light, heat, and moisture.

What is the best way to store coffee?

Store coffee in the original packaging or in an opaque, air-tight container at room temperature. You should store coffee beans or grounds away from light, heat, and moisture.

What is the shelf life of open coffee?

Ground coffee is best within 3 - 5 months of opening if kept in the pantry or freezer.

Fresh coffee beans can last 6 months in the pantry or up to 2 years in the freezer.

For instant coffee, hot and cold temperatures are not conducive to long shelf life due to moisture created by the temperature changes. In a normal home pantry at 50 - 70 degrees Fahrenheit, if the lid is kept tight the product should last 4 - 6 months.

What is the shelf life of open tea bags?

If stored away from light, heat, and moisture, it’s best to use tea bags within 18 – 24 months of purchase.

What does “Organic” tea mean?

Organic means that the product was produced without the use of chemical fertilizers, pesticides, or other artificial agents.

What is the difference between cold brew and iced coffee?

Cold brew is brewed by steeping fresh ground coffee in cold or room-temperature water for 12 hours minimum to extract sugars, oils and caffeine. Iced coffee is brewed in minutes using hot water and is then poured over ice. Cold brew coffee has half the amount of acid, resulting in a smoother taste.
